Simthetiq to deliver Immersive Geo-Specific Training Environments for NATO Air Force
Simthetiq, a leading provider of 3D content for military simulation and training, is pleased to announce it has been selected to deliver a series of immersive Air Base training environments that will be used by a leading NATO Air Force to train emergency response and fire vehicle teams in security and safety procedures.
This contract follows an earlier announcement made in 2025 regarding a similar project for another NATO Air Force.
Integrated in a third party simulation environment that supports critical training activities for military aviation safety teams, the geo-specific synthetic training environments of several major Air Bases will feature all active runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting systems, markings, military infrastructure, and airport buildings.
As part of the Simthetiq Library of simulation content – the terrains will be made available in any leading image generator or serious game engine format. With rich features and capabilities, they can also support a number of different training and simulation activities – from flight simulation to air-traffic and ground operations training.
